Thank you for scheduling a presentation for your 5th grade class. 

• Select your preferred date on calendar. Dates in teal have time slots available.
• Click on a Time Slot. Multiple class times may be scheduled in a time slot.
• Click on Add to Cart. Select both time slots if desired class times are in both morning and afternoon.
• Click on Checkout and complete registration form. 
• Please indicate if you are requesting in-person or virtual presentations in the "Other Details" line. 
• Click Submit.
• A USD representative will respond to confirm your booking within three business days.
