Certificate of Merit Program

A Certificate of Merit is awarded to each Significant Industrial User that has fully complied with its wastewater discharge permit conditions and limits throughout the calendar year and has worked cooperatively with USD to maintain compliance. The poster below will be published in the newspaper to celebrate the 2020 Certificate of Merit winners.
