Technical Services Workgroup

The Technical Services workgroup provides engineering and capital improvement project management services, enforcement of USD’s ordinances and specifications for sewer construction and repairs, calculation of sewer service charges, implementation of environmental protection and compliance programs, and public outreach and education about USD’s protection of our communities and the environment.
