Public Records Requests

All records requests will be fulfilled in accordance with California Code Section 6250 et seq. USD’s goal is to provide you with timely access to public information.  We will respond to requests for information as quickly as possible.  Most of our responses will be within ten calendar days of your initial request.  Some requests may take longer, such as requests for documents which involve interdepartmental coordination, extensive research, retrieval of records from off-site storage, or the compilation of voluminous records.
