The purpose of the Aeration Blower No. 11 Project is to install a high-speed blower for the activated sludge process, upgrade the ventilation system of the East Blower Building, and rehabilitate various structural elements of the building.  The new high-speed blower will improve the capacity and reliability of the aeration system.
